Arrival:

Our standard arrival time is between 4pm and 8pm.

Please Note: The Townhouse provides bed and breakfast accommodation and our reception desk is not staffed 24hrs. If you would like to arrive out-with our standard check in times, please advise us of your arrival time in advance, to ensure that there is a warm welcome waiting for you.

Departure:

Guests are required to vacate their rooms and return room keys by 10am weekdays and 11am at the weekends. We are happy to store luggage after these times by arrangement.

Parking:

Private parking is available, please let us know if your are bringing your car. From Marshall Place, turn into Nelson Street and take the first left (before bridge) into the lane to our car park and marked bays. Please do not park in any other spaces belonging to adjacent properties. Please note: Parking is at the owners risk. The Townhouse cannot accept responsibility for any loss to, or damage from, vehicles.

Internet access:

Free WiFi access is available, please ask for the access codes on your arrival.

Environmental Policy:

- we select local food for our traditional Scottish breakfast (where available)
- we recycle all glass, plastic & paper waste
- we use low energy lighting where possible
- we encourage guests to conserve energy and only replace towels when requested.

Smoking Policy:

In accordance with government legislation, The Townhouse has a No Smoking policy: Smoking within the premises will result in a £50 cleaning charge.

Cancellation:

Please note our cancellation policy is as follows, Cancellation prior to 48hrs of your arrival : No charge. Cancellation within 48hrs of arrival : 1 night’s accommodation cost will be charged. For Non-Arrival ; the total cost of your booked accommodation will be charged.
