Our Proud Scottish Suppliers
The Puddledub Farm in Auchtertool, Kircaldy Fife provides us with our smoked and unsmoked bacon.
Puddledub Pork is a small family business established in 1999 by Tom Mitchell and sister Camilla. Puddledub have built a reputation as one of Scotland’s finest Pork Producers using only the best home reared pork from their large white-Duroc Pigs.
Our beef and pork sausages are provided from the award winning butcher Simon Howie of Perth.
Our lady hens are the employees of Blyths Ltd of Fife, an award winning free range egg with a lovely deep yellow yolk fresh from the farm.
Our Salmon is smoked and cured at Springwells traditional smokehouse in Dunkeld, Perthshire.
Both our raspberry and marmalade preserves are supplied by Kate and Ian from award winning Perthshire Preserves, based in Callander.
We also have smaller jars on sale for £4.00
The Gourmet Blend of coffee available in room or at breakfast is ground and roasted by local coffee enthusiasts John and Lorna Bruce from their shop in George Street, Perth, The Bean Shop.
The selection of tea available in the rooms is sourced from the Wee Tea Company of Scotland.
Our shortbread is handmade in Hamilton, Scotland from The Handmade Shortbread Company.
